Opposite the hydropathic baths of Saint-Lary, next to the Sainte-Marie Chapel, Valérie invites you to discover her range of farm and artisan produce, coming exclusively from the Hautes-Pyrénées.

Always trying to offer the best for her clientele from those who know how to make the best, you will find a large range of tinned foods (pâtés or duck rillettes, Tarbes haricot beans with goose grease, Confits and Farm Garbure Soup ... foies gras.
Lou Terroir also has fresh produce such as cheeses (ewe, cow or mixed) or meats from Bigorre Black Pigs, either in rashers, hams or sausages.

New : the Regional sandwich to take away or to order before leaving for the mountains.

The famous Pyrenean spit cooked cake can also be bought. It is excellent just as it is or served with icecream, custard ... it's the Pyrenean cake.

On the sweet side, you have the choice of numerous jams and liqueurs from the Baronnies and fruit pâtes from the Tournay Abbey. Liqueurs, raspberry/bilberry Vinegars, fruits soaked in Armagnac, a must to try.

On the wine side, a large range of wines from vineyards such as Château Lafitte Teston, Maison Laplace, Château Bouscassé or Montus, Pacherenc du Vic Bilh, Madiran... to accompany your meals or parties.

Opening hours
Low season : Open from 9 h to 12h 45 and 16 h to 19 h 30, every day except Sunday afternoon and Monday all day.
High season : Open from 8 h to 13 h and 16 h to 19 h 30. Closed Monday afternoon.
